At Sidr Productions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements for the following:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@sidr.productions with the following:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


3. Replacements & Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • In cases where a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Digital products (if applicable)


5. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sidr.productions.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout:

  • We cannot refund or replace the order once it has shipped.

  • If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).


7. Shipping Costs

  • Replacement items due to damage or errors are shipped free of charge.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs for items returned due to customer error.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

We may also request photos to help us improve packaging and shipping quality.
